For Liquid Food Processing

The Spin-Vap evaporator is ideally suited to process liquid food products including those containing some fibrous materials, the Spin-Vap is ideal for the treatment and concentration of thermally sensitive and colour sensitive materials and in some cases can provide continuous of products for up to forty hours prior to CIP cleaning becoming necessary, such as listed below.

The Spin-Vap evaporator distillers are designed to be used on schedule or toxic liquid wastewater materials, where there are high costs involved in disposing of the schedule or toxic wastewater. Treated wastewater from the process can directly meet acceptable discharge standards.
